Fees paid for live classes or workshops are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by Shiveti Academy.
In the event of cancellation from our side, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to a future class.
In case of accidental duplicate payment, please email us with payment proof. After verification, we will initiate a refund of the excess amount within 7–10 business days.
If you’ve subscribed to any membership or bundled access, you will not be eligible for a refund once any content has been accessed.
